I have undergone many different therapies in the past 10 years but Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (and Michelle of course) has really helped me think about everyday things differently. I am calmer and far more controlled with my thoughts and really looking forward to the future.

Having previously tried CBT with both the NHS and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), I found the Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions were more effective for me and can whole heartedly recommended Michelle's course for anyone suffering anxiety and other mental health issues.
